Dan Baron is an associate in the employment group at Farella Braun + Martel.

Before joining Farella, Dan served as an attorney-advisor on employment and workplace safety matters to an administrative law judge at the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission.

During law school, he was a legal extern with the California Department of Justice's Employment and Administrative Mandate Section and with the Internal Revenue Service’s Office of the Chief Counsel. Prior to law school, Dan served as a Captain in the United States Army.
