Gabi Hasson works with Farella Braun + Martel’s renewable energy, wine, and construction clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters. Gabi advises clients on day-to-day corporate matters, including structure, governance, and commercial agreements. She also supports clients through strategic transactions such as mergers and acquisitions and financings.

As a member of Farella’s Clean Energy group, Gabi assists renewable energy clients buy and sell projects at all stages of development. She advises energy clients through the project development process, from initial site control through commercial operation. She has worked on several utility-scale solar project sales in the Western United States, acquisitions of green hydrogen projects, and has helped structure and draft development services agreements and framework agreements for renewable energy clients and their partners.  

Gabi prioritizes pragmatism and efficiency in her approach, with a focus on drafting and negotiating clear, practical agreements that help clients manage risk and pursue opportunity. Whether navigating day-to-day corporate matters or major business milestones, Gabi brings creative problem solving and sound judgment to every deal.
