Farella Braun + Martel Recognized by LCLD as a 2025 Compass Award Winner

Farella Braun + Martel has been named a 2025 Compass Award winner by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD), recognizing law firms and corporations that show a strong commitment to building a more inclusive legal profession.

The Compass Award recognizes those individuals and organizations that fulfill all the following requirements in a single calendar year: member (managing partner/general counsel) engagement with LCLD; nominate an LCLD Fellow; nominate an LCLD Pathfinder; and participate in an LCLD pipeline program (the 1L Scholars Program or the Success in Law School Mentoring Program).

This year, Farella partner Brent Saldaña is an LCLD Fellow and associates Victoria Huang and Jaya Narang are LCLD Pathfinders.
