Summer Mielke represents employers in complex employment litigation, including wage-and-hour class actions, PAGA litigation, and single-plaintiff matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour issues in state and federal courts.

In addition to her litigation work, Summer has experience providing advice and counsel to employers on leave laws, terminations, and wage and hour issues, and has provided employment litigation risk analysis and strategic guidance. She drafts employee handbooks, employment agreements, arbitration agreements, and company policies for multi-state and California employers.

Summer served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Allen Sumner and the Honorable Shelleyanne Chang for the Sacramento Superior Court.
