Farella Braun + Martel Advises on Purchase of Historic Pasadena Office Complex
SAN FRANCISCO, September 4, 2014: Farella Braun + Martel LLP represented Swig Co. LLC in its $26.1 million purchase of a 72,500-square-foot office complex and adjacent parking garage in Pasadena from Karlin Real Estate.
Originally built in 1922, the property was designed by Gordon Kaufmann and was listed on the National Registry of Historical Places in 2007. The property serves as Disney Stores USA’s world headquarters.
Farella’s deal team was led by Real Estate Partner Anthony Ratner with support from Real Estate Associate Quinn Arntsen.
