Farella Braun + Martel Adds Family Wealth and Real Estate Attorneys

SAN FRANCISCO, CALIF., July 8, 2014 – Farella Braun + Martel LLP is pleased to announce the addition of three associates to its San Francisco office: Quinn Arntsen (Real Estate), Lauren A. Iacocca (Family Wealth) and Brent Saldaña (Real Estate).

 

Arntsen represents developers and real estate investors with acquisitions and dispositions, permitting and development applications, entity formation and joint ventures, financing and leasing of office, industrial, retail and agricultural real estate. He joins the firm from Pillsbury, Winthrop, Shaw, Pittman LLP’s San Francisco office. Arntsen received his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law (2009), where he was articles editor of the Journal of Asian Law.

 

Iacocca counsels individuals and families on estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxation, estate planning, and administration of trusts and estates. She has also represented donors of substantial charitable gifts to major museums and hospitals, and advised clients on the formation and administration of private foundations and public charities. She joins the firm from Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP’s New York City office. Iacocca received her J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School (2011).

 

Saldaña’s real estate practice encompasses a wide array of real estate financing, acquisitions and dispositions and commercial property leasing matters. He joins the firm from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP’s New York City’s office. Saldaña received his J.D., with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law (2010), where he served as a contributing editor and submissions review board member of the Texas International Law Journal.
