Biography
Corina Gallardo has effectively represented employers from nonprofits to global corporations. She has defended employers in single-plaintiff and class actions in a variety of matters, including wage and hour, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases in state and federal court. She has also represented clients before administrative agencies, including the Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Corina has also counseled private and public employers on developing sound employee handbook policies and addressing employment matters as they arise.
Her litigation experience encompasses all phases of litigation and pre-litigation, including factual investigations, counseling employers as they respond to complaints, developing policies, and guiding all phases of discovery. She has significant writing experience, including drafting motions for summary judgment, arbitration briefs, and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission responses.
During law school, she externed for the Honorable James A. Soto in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona in Tucson.
