Biography

Cristina Guido is a senior associate in Farella Braun + Martel’s complex Business Litigation Group.

Her legal experience includes representing litigants in federal, bankruptcy, and state court with an emphasis on financial services litigation, including individual and class actions, and complex commercial disputes. Additionally, she has represented publicly traded corporations, privately held entities, nonprofit organizations, and individuals in various matters, including civil and criminal investigations and actions brought by the Attorney General, as well as consumer protection and unfair competition actions.

Her pro bono work includes providing legal services to the Center of Veterans Advancement, the Alliance for Children’s Rights, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Veterans Legal Services Project. She was a member of the Loyola Law School Alumni Board of Governors (2019-2021).

During law school, she was a judicial extern for the Honorable S. James Otero, United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the Honorable Theodor C. Albert, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
