17th Annual Santa Fe Advanced Conference: Natural Resource Damages

Farella Braun + Martel is a sponsor of the Law Seminars and Internationals' 17th Annual "Santa Fe" Advanced Conference on Natural Resource Damages. 

Sarah Bell, a program co-chair, will participate on two panels:

1. "Best Practices for Managing Environmental Risk" – Sarah will moderator the panel discussion on the growing list of environmental risks businesses must consider, including the SEC's latest climate disclosure rules, evolving ESG requirements, "green washing" litigation, increasing PFAS standards, and state laws requiring the use of recycled content. 
2. "What is the Next Big Thing?" – Sarah will participate as a panelist discussing about how the discovery, study, and regulation of emerging compounds have been largely dominated by PFAS, but there are numerous other emerging compounds including 1,4 Dioxane and 6PPD: What is on the scientific and legal horizons for emerging compounds?
