Biography

Hilary Krase practices both white collar defense and complex business litigation.

She has experience representing individuals and serving as “pool counsel” in government investigations. Hilary has participated in trial teams and practiced before both federal and state courts. 

Hilary quickly familiarizes herself with the facts of the case. She works with clients from the inception of the case, conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, and engaging in discovery and settlement negotiations.

Prior to joining Farella Braun + Martel, Hilary clerked for the Honorable Jesus G. Bernal of the Central District of California. During law school, she externed for the Honorable William Alsup of the Northern District of California and participated in Berkeley Law’s Death Penalty Clinic as well as its Post-Conviction Advocacy Project.
