Shanti Eagle is the moderator of this BASF Insurance Section program co-sponsored with the Cannabis Section.

This panel will provide important risk management and insurance placement advice to those dealing with businesses involved in cannabis at any level. We will discuss current trends and developments in the evolving cannabis insurance market, as well as provide practical tips and things to be aware of when applying for insurance or handling claims. In addition, we will offer an overview of the varying requirements of different localities when it comes to insurance compliance for permitting purposes.
