“California Court Says Insureds Can Stack Policies For Max Coverage”

Farella Braun + Martel’s Insurance Coverage partner John Green commented on the California Supreme Court ruling in State of California v. Continental Insurance Co. et al., providing a huge victory for policyholders.  "The ruling makes a huge difference in the amount of insurance that's available for the resolution of cases," Green said.
