Biography
Jon Chang represents employers in a variety of matters including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) litigation. He has provided counseling on employee retaliation, discrimination, and hostile work environment claims to help avoid exposure in litigation.
Jon has negotiated early settlement demands reducing litigation costs, investigated disability discrimination and hostile work environment claims, and drafted successful demurrers and motions for judgment on pleadings.
