Farella Advises on Sale of Diamond Creek Winery to Maison Louis Roederer

SAN FRANCISCO/ST. HELENA, March 16, 2020: Farella Braun + Martel represented the family of the late Boots Brounstein on the sale of their Diamond Creek Winery in Calistoga, Calf. to French Champagne producer Maison Louis Roederer.

Diamond Creek is one of Napa Valley’s legendary boutique Cabernet Sauvignon pioneers. The sale includes the 79-acre property on Calistoga’s Diamond Mountain, including about 20 acres of vineyards, the winery, and existing inventory.
