Farella Braun + Martel Celebrates 60th Anniversary

February 1, 2022 Announcement

Midsize firm commemorates 60th anniversary with yearlong volunteer challenge

SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 1, 2022: Northern California legal powerhouse Farella Braun + Martel proudly celebrates its 60th anniversary today.

“In today’s competitive market, we are incredibly fortunate as we celebrate Farella Braun + Martel’s 60th anniversary. It is a good time to reflect on how far we’ve come and where we want to go,” said Farella Managing Partner Brian Donnelly. “Our firm’s founding vision – service to clients, each other, and the community – is alive and well and continues to contribute to our operational and client success and our ability to attract and retain outstanding talent at all levels.”

In appreciation of and with gratitude for the support of Farella’s clients and the broader community and in recognition of the firm’s long history of philanthropic service, Farella will mark the 60th anniversary year by challenging the entire firm to join in volunteering 60 hours of service to community organizations of their choice. The “Celebrating by Giving 60 Years/60 Hours” challenge will run until the end of 2022.

“The “60 Hours Challenge” builds on Farella’s achievement with a similar “50 Hours Challenge” undertaken in 2012 to mark our 50th anniversary,” said Donnelly. “As the firm is still mostly working remotely, it is an opportunity for the Farella community to come together in ways that not only serve the communities in which we live and work but enhance the relationships that are the heart of our firm culture.”
