SAN FRANCISCO, January 11, 2016: Farella Braun + Martel LLP is pleased to announce the election of senior associate Carly O’Halloran Alameda to the partnership effective January 1, 2016.

“Congratulations to Carly on this significant career achievement honoring her hard work and demonstrated commitment to the firm and to our clients,” said firm chairman Steve Lowenthal. “We’re delighted to welcome her to the partnership and look forward to her continued growth and success.”

Her experience includes contractual disputes, trade secret claims, breach of duty claims, real property disputes, fraud and unfair practices allegations and consumer class actions. She also handles state and federal appellate work. Beyond simply litigating a dispute, she strives to understand how a case fits into a client’s overall business strategy so that she can help achieve a favorable result, efficiently and effectively.

Prior to joining Farella, Alameda served as a law clerk to the Hon. Mark B. Simons of the California Court of Appeal (First District). She earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (2006). Read full bio.
