Farella Braun + Martel Elevates Carly Alameda to Partner

SAN FRANCISCO, January 11, 2016: Farella Braun + Martel LLP is pleased to announce the election of senior associate Carly O’Halloran Alameda to the partnership effective January 1, 2016.

Alameda’s practice focuses on litigating complex business disputes in California state and federal courts. Her experience includes contractual disputes, trade secret claims, breach of duty claims, real property disputes, fraud and unfair practices allegations and consumer class actions. She also handles state and federal appellate work. Beyond simply litigating a dispute, she strives to understand how a case fits into a client’s overall business strategy so that she can help achieve a favorable result, efficiently and effectively.

 

Prior to joining Farella, Alameda served as a law clerk to the Hon. Mark B. Simons of the California Court of Appeal (First District). She earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (2006). Read full bio.
