She regularly employs sophisticated planning techniques—spanning income, gift, estate, and property tax matters—to help clients preserve and transfer wealth in alignment with their goals. Lauren's clients include winery and vineyard owners, closely held business proprietors, art collectors, entrepreneurs, public-company executives, family offices, and individuals with inherited wealth. She also brings significant experience in charitable giving and the formation and governance of tax-exempt organizations. Lauren earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Hons Yung advises high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and multigenerational families on achieving their wealth transfer, tax planning, business succession planning, and charitable objectives, and he also guides fiduciaries and beneficiaries through all facets of trust and estate administration. Hons has deep expertise across income, gift, estate, and property tax matters, including complex irrevocable trusts and strategies such as intentionally defective grantor trusts, GRATs, QSBS planning, and large-scale real estate and succession restructurings. His clients include technology company executives and founders and real estate owners and investors. Additionally, he assists clients with privacy planning to help limit publicly available information about them. Hons earned his J.D. and LL.M. from Golden Gate University.
