Farella Braun + Martel Forms New Private Clients Group

San Francisco, CA (April 12, 2006) – Farella Braun + Martel LLP today announced the formation of a Private Clients Group.  The cross-discipline practice was created to address the unique needs of high net worth individuals and their families.  The Private Clients Group is comprised of attorneys in diverse areas of the law including tax, estate planning, business transactions, real estate, intellectual property, construction and litigation.

  • Vineyard and winery specific matters including complex marketing and distribution agreements and grape contracts
  • Fractional ownership programs for aircraft and luxury residences
  • Duties and responsibility of service on boards of directors, both for-profit and non-profit entities
  • Trust and probate litigation and heir disputes
