Farella’s Raymond Sheen Elected Fellow of American College of Coverage Counsel

SAN FRANCISCO, August 4, 2020: Farella Braun + Martel congratulates Partner Raymond H. Sheen on his induction as a Fellow into the American College of Coverage Counsel (ACCC), the preeminent association who represent the interests of insurers and policyholders in disputes arising out of insurance policies.

Ray represents policyholders in the technology and consumer products industries in complex insurance recovery disputes involving a wide range of claims and losses, including business interruption losses; cyber liabilities, data breach, and ‘phishing’ losses; product liability and consumer class actions; product recalls; securities class actions and derivative lawsuits; trade credit claims; and copyright, trademark, patent infringement, and trade secrets claims. He negotiates and maximizes his clients’ insurance assets, including directors and officers, cyber liability, and errors and omissions policies. Ray received his J.D. from Stanford Law School (1997). He is a 2016 Fellow of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity.
