Conflict Resolution Attorney (Hybrid or Fully Remote in California)

San Francisco

Farella Braun + Martel is seeking a Conflicts Resolution Attorney with prior experience practicing law and law firm experience clearing and resolving conflicts and preparing conflicts waivers to join our New Business Department team of Conflicts Attorneys and Analysts.  Candidates must have a college degree, JD and be a current licensed member of a state bar, California preferred.

Associate - Real Estate

San Francisco

Farella Braun + Martel is currently looking for a Real Estate Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate would have a broad based real estate practice, with experience in acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financing, joint ventures and development. However, the firm will consider candidates who have worked in other transactional practices, including but not limited to a transactional construction practice involving advising clients on construction, design, and related contracts, and desire to transition their practices to real estate.

This position is based in San Francisco, CA but may be a flexible hybrid position working remotely and in-person, as needed.

The annual base compensation range for this California position is between $225,000 and $275,000. Placement within the salary range depends upon a number of factors including, but not limited to years of relevant experience and professional skills required for this role. Additional compensation may include discretionary hours-based and additional bonuses, health/welfare benefits, vacation and leave time (including parental and sabbatical) and paid holidays.

Associate – Employment Litigation

San Francisco

Farella Braun + Martel’s rapidly growing employment practice seeks a skilled associate with one to three years of employment law experience ideally in the technology, consumer products, financial services, renewable energy or real estate industries. A successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to leverage their litigation experience and entrepreneurial spirit to resolve our client’s most pressing employment concerns in a highly interactive team environment.

The annual base compensation range for this California position is between $205,000 and $225,000. Placement within the salary range depends upon a number of factors including, but not limited to years of relevant experience and professional skills required for this role. Additional compensation may include discretionary hours-based and additional bonuses, health/welfare benefits, vacation and leave time (including parental and sabbatical) and paid holidays.

Partner - Business Transaction

San Francisco

Farella Braun + Martel seeks lateral business transaction partners for our San Francisco office with the ability to bring and manage an established book of business. The opportunity is available to partners at all seniority levels. Junior partners with growing practices and who wish to have greater autonomy than larger firms offer will be strongly considered. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a range of clients from closely held family businesses to large and complex business enterprises. A successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial approach to the practice of law and will demonstrate a desire and commitment to developing new business and expanding the firm’s relationships with existing clients. Candidates should be comfortable working in teams and contributing to the firm’s business development initiatives and industry groups. A non-exclusive list of such groups includes those serving the technology, renewable energy, real estate, wine, cannabis and food and beverage industries.
