Ranked in the Chambers USA High Net Worth Guide, our client base is both domestic and international with a heavy emphasis on family wealth generated in California’s technology, real estate, finance, and food and beverage (i.e., wine) industries.
The ideal candidate will become an integral member of our Private Client Industry Group supporting high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, privately-owned businesses, and family offices. Associate - Patent Litigation
Farella Braun + Martel’s leading intellectual property litigation practice is seeking a talented and motivated Patent Litigation Associate to join our distinguished IP team. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in patent litigation, with a strong understanding of patent law and litigation procedures, excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills. A degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field is strongly preferred but not required.
