On February 27, 2026, CalRecycle announced that, of three applicants, it approved Landbell USA as the producer responsibility organization (PRO) for California’s extended producer responsibility (EPR) law for textiles.

As a reminder, California’s EPR law for textiles is the Responsible Textile Recovery Act of 2024, also known as SB 707. 

Producers of covered products are required to join Landbell USA by July 1, 2026.
