Intellectual Property Litigation Partner Jim Day, who recently joined Farella from Latham & Watkins, comments on his move and the firm's new capacity to handle inter partes review and other proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.  Stephanie Skaff, chair of Farella's IP Litigation Department, notes the firm tends to be hired in IP cases that are more legally sophisticated and challenging.
