Farella Attorneys Support Service for Service Day Veterans Legal Services Clinic

SAN FRANCISCO, November 11, 2014: On November 5, several Farella Braun + Martel LLP attorneys, along with volunteers from the San Francisco Superior Court’s Veterans Justice Court, Salesforce Inc., and Swords to Plowshare, staffed a free legal clinic offering legal services to veterans as part of the Justice & Diversity Center of the Bar Association of San Francisco’s Service for Service Day volunteer event.

Twenty-nine veterans from San Francisco and the East Bay received assistance with 47 legal issues ranging from Veterans Administration benefits to collection defense and child support matters.

Service for Service is one of the Justice & Diversity Center’s 2014 “It Starts With A Day” volunteer events conceived by BASF President and Farella Partner Stephanie Skaff.
