Biography

Jennifer Bentley helps policyholders maximize their insurance recovery and advises them on coverage issues. She also represents companies and individuals in complex business litigation and white-collar defense, with a focus on technology, consumer products, and wineries.

As a member of Farella Braun + Martel’s Insurance Recovery Group, Jennifer has worked on a wide variety of insurance coverage disputes, including disputes under CGL, commercial package, media liability, professional liability, and directors, officers, and corporate liability insurance policies, and public entity risk pools. She is also adept at resolving fire insurance claims for homeowners and businesses. Jennifer uses her prior experience and knowledge from years working as an insurance professional serving the wine, construction, manufacturing, and agribusiness industries to advise clients and increase their recoveries.

Jennifer’s business litigation background includes contract disputes, class action defense, and probate and trust litigation.
