Session Overview:
The panel seeks to create a shared space of experience and learning through its composition LGBTQ+ practitioners from a range of backgrounds (i.e., private firm, in-house, government) discussing their unique perspectives of common experiences, biases and setbacks, overcoming adversity, navigating relationships (i.e., with opposing counsel, colleagues) as they relate to the practice of law. Includes other topics individuals wish they would have known entering the legal field.
