Lauren Galbraith, Tony Schoenberg and Julie Treppa discuss "Real Estate Ownership: Tax and Estate Planning Tips."

The panel will include an overview of estate planning and tax considerations for owning and transferring real property. There will also be a discussion of potential changes in tax law that would impact owners of real property, including possible tax changes under a Biden presidency and the Prop. 13/split-roll ballot measures. Finally, the panelists will give an update on various COVID-19 restrictions related to real estate ownership, such as the status of eviction and foreclosure moratoriums.
