MaryJo completed a cellar internship at Chappellet Winery in Napa during the 2020 harvest. Her main job was to handle the crush line as new grapes were processed into juice. When she was not working the crush line, she was steaming and rolling barrels, cleaning wine tanks, cleaning grape bins, cleaning the crush line machines, and doing anything else that she was asked to do around the winery.

Nowadays, when she is not practicing law, MaryJo can be found exploring nearby wineries, hiking in the Marin Headlands, and practicing yoga.
