Farella Braun + Martel Named Among 2022 Best Places to Work

May 6, 2022 Announcement

#1 Among Large Companies 2nd Year in a Row

Farella Braun + Martel is proud to be recognized among the 2022 Best Places to Work in the Bay Area and earn a #1 ranking for the second year in a row in the large company category (200–499 employees). Published by the San Francisco Business Times and Silicon Valley Business Journal, the list honors Bay Area companies that stand out for having exceptional workplaces with highly engaged workforces. This is the 16th time Farella has been ranked among the Bay Area's Best Places to Work.

"As we celebrate Farella Braun + Martel's 60th Anniversary this year, we are reflecting how far we’ve come and where we want to go," said managing partner Brian Donnelly. "From the beginning, the people who work here have defined who we are, our culture, and our success as a Northern California midsize law firm. I am proud of who we are as a firm, our talented lawyers and staff, and the recognition that we are one the Best Places to Work in the Bay Area."

The Best Places to Work rankings highlight Bay Area companies whose employees rate them the highest on such values as collaborative culture, solid compensation and benefits, and management practices. The rankings are determined by surveys sent directly to employees by research partner Quantum Workplace, which then scores and ranks participants.

Celebrating our 60th anniversary, Farella Braun + Martel is a leading Northern California law firm representing corporate and private clients in sophisticated business transactions and complex commercial, civil and criminal litigation. Clients seek our imaginative legal solutions and the dynamism and intellectual creativity of our lawyers. We are headquartered in San Francisco and maintain an office in the Napa Valley that is focused on the wine industry.
