Kelly Matayoshi Named President of the Barristers Club of the Bar Association of San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO, December 19, 2019: Farella Braun + Martel is pleased to announce that Kelly Matayoshi was installed as president of the Barristers Club of the Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF) for a one-year term beginning January 1, 2020. The Barristers Club is a community of attorneys in their first ten years of practice focused on professional development, networking, and pro bono.

A senior associate at Farella, Matayoshi represents a broad range of local and international companies on a wide range of business litigation and employment issues, including resolving contract disputes, products liability claims, and wage and hour class actions. She currently serves as national coordinating counsel for a flexible gas tubing manufacturer. She is president of the UC Hastings Board of Governors and serves on the board of directors of the Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area. Active in the American Bar Association, Matayoshi was co-chair the ABA Section of Litigation’s Labor & Employment Committee and the Section of Litigation’s 2019 Annual Meeting.
