2023 saw the adoption and use of AI products skyrocket resulting in increased efficiencies and productivity. Use has outpaced the adoption of governance and risk management frameworks which has also driving an increase of losses and third-party claims. The panel will explore the insurance coverage issues raised by these losses and claims.
