Farella Braun + Martel Assists O’Neill Vintners & Distillers Form New Strategic Partnership

SAN FRANCISCO/ST. HELENA, March 3, 2014: Farella Braun + Martel LLP represented O’Neill Vintners & Distillers in the formation of a strategic partnership with Cecchetti Wine Company. 

The new partnership will operate under the O'Neill Vintners & Distillers banner. O'Neill Vintners will assume grape sourcing, winemaking and production responsibilities for all the brands in consultation with Cecchetti winemaker Bob Broman.

Farella’s deal team included Corporate Partners Frank Farella and Karen Yuen and Tax Partner Said Kordestani.
