A senior associate in Farella’s Technology Industry Group, Winston has advised and represented clients in nearly all aspects of patent litigation and mediation, including claim construction, expert discovery, and infringement and validity analyses.He has been recognized among Managing Intellectual Property IP Stars - Rising Stars (2019). Winston serves as president of the board of directors of the Vietnamese American Bar Association of Northern California. He earned a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School (2010) and a B.S. in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of California at Berkeley (2002).
