SAN FRANCISCO, January 11, 2016: Farella Braun + Martel LLP is pleased to announce the election of senior associate Carly O’Halloran Alameda to the partnership effective January 1, 2016.

Alameda’s practice focuses on litigating complex business disputes in California state and federal courts. Her experience includes contractual disputes, trade secret claims, breach of duty claims, real property disputes, fraud and unfair practices allegations and consumer class actions. She also handles state and federal appellate work. Beyond simply litigating a dispute, she strives to understand how a case fits into a client’s overall business strategy so that she can help achieve a favorable result, efficiently and effectively.
