Farella Braun + Martel Partner Daniel E. Cohn was named to the Jewish Community Federation & Endowment Fund of San Francisco, the Peninsula, Marin, and Sonoma Counties 2019-2020 Board of Directors as an at-large member.

Cohn’s diverse transactional practice includes wine and agriculture clients, sports and entertainment, and a general corporate clientele. Along with significant merger and acquisition experience, he has expertise in family business succession matters and substantial experience with both structuring closely held corporations and negotiating and documenting shareholder buyouts in closely held corporations.
