Farella Braun + Martel Represents Pacific Coast Producers in Its Acquisition of Oregon Cherry Growers
SAN FRANCISCO, June 19, 2017: Farella Braun + Martel LLP represented Pacific Coast Producers (PCP) in its acquisition of the processing business of Oregon Cherry Growers (OCG). As a wholly owned subsidiary of PCP, OCG will maintain its cherry processing plants in Salem and The Dalles, Oregon. The deal closed today. The fresh cherry business will continue to operate independent of the transaction as Cascade Cherry Growers.
Headquartered in Lodi, California, PCP is an agricultural cooperative owned by over 160 family-farms in Central and Northern California, which specializes in canned fruits and tomato products.
