Federal agencies have been addressing PFAS under CERCLA at their facilities for several years with EPA and states providing regulatory oversight. While the rapid evolution of PFAS science and regulations present significant challenges to site decision making, our experience has yielded several key considerations and best practices. This panel discussion will focus the following topics, highlighting lessons learned, best practices and challenges moving site through the Superfund/CERCLA Remedial Process, also relevant to RCRA Corrective Action and state agency cleanup processes.
