Farella Braun + Martel is proud to announce that senior associates Gabi Hasson and Kevin Jones have been named 2026 LCLD Pathfinders. Designed for high-potential, early-career attorneys, the Pathfinder Program offers a year-long curriculum that helps participants develop leadership skills, build professional relationships and networks, and advance their careers.

Gabi represents companies on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including structuring, governance, and commercial agreements, and supports clients through strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and financings. Additionally, Gabi assists renewable energy clients in buying and selling projects at all stages of development, from initial site control through commercial operation. She has worked on several utility-scale solar project sales in the Western United States, on the acquisition of green hydrogen projects, and on structuring and drafting development services agreements and framework agreements for renewable energy clients and their partners. Gabi earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (2020).

Kevin is a management-side employment litigator and counselor and advises a broad range of companies, from family business ventures to Fortune 500 corporations. His practice includes defending employers in single-plaintiff and class-action lawsuits, including trials. He has successfully briefed and argued multiple dispositive motions. Kevin serves as the American Bar Association Labor & Employment Section's liaison to the ABA Commission on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity, as co-chair of the Employee Rights & Responsibilities State Law Development Committee, and as vice chair of the Outreach to New and Young Lawyers Committee. He earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (2018).
