Mark Weaver is a featured panelist at the Regional Parks Foundation's 6th Annual Hot Topics in Charitable Planning Seminar virtual program, "Charitable Strategies for Business Owners and an Election-Year Review of the Presidential Candidates’ Tax Proposals."

Session Overview: 

This complimentary seminar, Charitable Strategies for Business Owners and an Election-Year Review of the Presidential Candidates’ Tax Proposals, will discuss how the utilization of charitable strategies at the time of the sale of a business can provide the owner with the mitigation or deferral of capital gain and retention of an income stream, all while supporting altruistic causes. Discussion will also focus on charitable and non-charitable proposals of Democratic presidential candidates and the scope of additional potential tax cuts if the current administration secures a second term.
