September 8, 2023 Announcement

Farella Braun + Martel is pleased to announce that our Private Client Industry Group and Family Wealth Partner Mark Weaver were recognized in Chambers High Net Worth (HNW) Guide 2023 in the Private Wealth Law in Northern California section.

A publication from Chambers and Partners, the Chambers HNW Guide covers private wealth management work and related specialisms in key jurisdictions around the world and features leading lawyers and law firms for wealthy individuals and families.

Mark is the chair of Farella’s Family Wealth Group. He assists individuals and families with estate and business succession planning and guides family members through the trust and estate administration process. Mark also advises winery and vineyard owners on a broad range of business, tax, and succession issues.

Chambers HNW Guide notes, "There are relatively few practitioners that really understand cross-border work. Mark does, and it sets him apart."
