Farella Braun + Martel Represents Huneeus Vintners in Constellation Brands Deal

SAN FRANCISCO, May 2, 2016: Farella Braun + Martel LLP represented Huneeus Vintners, a Napa-based fine wine company, in its $285 million sale of The Prisoner Wine Company’s portfolio of luxury wine brands to Constellation Brands, Inc.

The transaction closed on April 29.

The Farella deal team was led by senior business transactions partner Jeffrey Newman and included business transactions partners Karen Yuen, Matthew Lewis and Jesse Debban, business transactions associates Jeffrey Hamilton and Jacqueline Swigler, tax partner Said Kordestani and tax associate Meg Manchester, employment partner Holly Sutton, exempt organizations partner Cynthia Rowland and litigation partner Richard Van Duzer.
