Farella Braun + Martel Represents Terlato Wine Group in Sale of Alderbrook Winery

SAN FRANCISCO/ST. HELENA, January 13, 2014: Farella Braun + Martel LLP represented Illinois-based Terlato Wine Group (TWG) in its sale of Alderbrook Winery in Healdsburg, Calif.

 

The sale included the Alderbrook winery facility, with a capacity to produce about 50,000 cases of wine, and its 60 acres of surrounding vineyards. Family owned and operated, TWG operates a wide range of businesses including: vineyard ownership, winery ownership and management, wine import and export, and wine marketing and sales.

 

Farella’s deal team included Corporate Partners Daniel Cohn and Karen Yuen and Real Estate & Land Use Partner Katherine Philippakis.
