Janice Reicher Named a 2022 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Fellow

Farella Braun + Martel is proud to announce that Janice Reicher has been named a member of the 2022 class of Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellows. Janice joins a select group of experienced attorneys from diverse backgrounds who have been recognized for their potential as leaders in their organizations.

LCLD's landmark program is an intensive, yearlong professional development program that mentors the legal industry’s diverse leaders of tomorrow. Designed for lawyers with eight to 15 years of experience, the program connects high-potential attorneys with leading general counsel and managing partners, and their peers for mentoring and career guidance. Selected by the general counsel and managing partners at LCLD member corporations and law firms, Fellows have distinguished themselves from others within their organizations by being deeply engaged, indispensable to key clients and teams, invested in attorney mentoring and professional development, and on a trajectory towards leadership positions.

Janice is a partner and co-chair of Farella’s White Collar Defense and Internal Corporate Investigations Group. She represents individuals and entities in federal and state court, in both criminal matters and parallel civil matters. She defends high-level corporate executives as they navigate the litigation or investigation process, including individuals accused of trade secret theft and antitrust and securities violations. She also represents companies in conducting internal investigations in high-stakes matters involving issues such as securities and public corruption. Her complex business litigation experience includes matters involving fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, antitrust, and unfair competition. Janice serves in leadership roles with the ABA White Collar Crime Division and as a member of the board of directors for the Filipino Bar Association of Northern California. She is recognized among The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch in Commercial Litigation and Criminal Defense: White-Collar (2021-2022). Janice earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (2012). She clerked for The Honorable Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
