At Farella Braun + Martel's November 5th annual partner retreat, the partners integrated their commitment to community into a team build exercise.  In a two-hour period, Farella partners broke into teams to build 14 bikes for children supported by the Salinas Boys and Girls Club.  The six-year-old children chose an assembled bike (including a helmet, bike lock and tire pump) and promptly demonstrated their riding ability.
