Elizabeth Dorsi represents clients in disputes ranging from pre-litigation conflict resolution to high-stakes civil litigation in state and federal trial courts, on appeal, and in arbitration. Her practice focuses on complex litigation with an emphasis on unfair competition, false advertising consumer class actions, breach of contract claims, and trust and estate litigation. She serves on the Executive Committee of the Harvard Law School Alumni Association of Northern California and on the board of directors of the Pacific Crest Trail Association.
