Rebecca Stephens commented in The Recorder article, "Newsom Signs Executive Order Nixing Workplace Masks for Vaccinated Employees." 

In the article, Rebecca said, “These new guidelines come as a relief for many employers since a prior draft of the guidance would have required vaccinated employees to continue wearing face coverings and ensuring physical distancing while working in an area with any unvaccinated employee."

“This new guidance conforms more closely with recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and may help encourage workers (particularly vaccinated workers) to resume working in person."
